Terms and Conditions

At hallshardware.com, we want your online shopping experience to be the best available on the Web. For that reason, we make our processes for handling returns as straightforward as possible. We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us and be satisfied with both your purchase and our service.


 If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased through hallshardware.com, please return the item in its original packaging within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Before returning any product, please Email us at orders@hallshardware.com for RMA.  We will promptly send you a return shipping label and the instructions for how to complete the return.

As soon we receive the item back, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original transaction in the amount of the purchase price of the product. For defective products or those that were shipped in error, we will also refund related shipping charges.

If you want to replace or exchange the product you have returned, please indicate this in your RMA request Email.

Returns for products using store pick-up shipping method should be made at the Customer Service window in the store.  Please bring a copy of your receipt and the credit card used during the original purchase.



To keep shipping costs as low as possible, hallshardware.com calculates shipping charges based on the actual weight of a product. We guarantee that these are the actual shipping charges that you will incur. We will never charge you more.  All available shipping methods and shipping charges will be calculated and available on the shopping cart.  Including Store Pickup which is available at no charge.

At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the United States.

Store Pick-up Policy

Please allow up to 1 day for completion of your order.  You will receive an email when your product(s) are available for Pick up.  You can pick up your product(s) at the Customer Service window located in the rear of the store.  Please bring your purchase receipt and the credit card used during the original purchase.
